Reasons for choosing private tutoring instead

As I entered high school, my English grades began to falter. My parents wanted to give me 1:1 tutoring, but the cost was too much, and I felt that large academies would not be able to pay enough attention to me because the classes were so large.

Then I found the Crescen English School in Hwajung-ro. It was a 7-minute walk from Hwasu High School, so it was nice to be able to stop by naturally on the way to and from school.

The director was definitely different.

I felt different from the first time I went for consultation. The director is a graduate of the English Education Department at Seoul National University and has been providing 1:1 tutoring in Mok-dong and Daechi-dong for over 20 years. Since he brought that know-how to the academy, the teaching method itself was completely different from that of large academies.

It was operated with only a small number of students, so they quickly identified my weaknesses and learning tendencies and taught me in a way that suited me. When I actually went there, I thought that the expression , a private tutor that pays the academy fees, was perfect.
