One company makes everything from sensors to monitoring apps — we looked at the environmental monitoring system of Ace Development Co., Ltd.

Ace Development Co., Ltd.'s environmental monitoring system is an integrated 4-step solution developed and manufactured in-house with a grade 1 fine dust sensor certified by the Ministry of Environment and a type-approved noise and vibration sensor. Field data is collected through LTE wireless communication, and map-based real-time monitoring and Excel data storage is possible through PC web and Android app SENSO-LINK.

When passing around a construction site, you can often see electronic signs showing fine dust and noise levels in real time. Behind it, a system connected to sensors, communication modules, servers, and apps is in operation. Today, we looked at each component of the environmental monitoring system from Ace Development Co., Ltd., which develops and manufactures the entire system in-house.

What items can be measured?

Metrics are broadly divided into three categories:

  1. Environmental information — Fine dust, noise, vibration, NO₂
  2. Weather information — Temperature, Humidity, Wind Direction, Wind Speed
  3. Information — On-site guidance and warnings

It is noteworthy that in addition to fine dust, noise, vibration and nitrogen dioxide are also handled in one system. What are the certification specifications for

?

This is the official certification status of each sensor.

  1. Fine dust sensor — Ministry of Environment performance certification grade 1 (No. 2025-p-2)
  2. Noise sensor — Environmental Measuring Device Type Approval No. NESM-201
  3. Vibration Sensor — Environmental Measuring Device Type Approval No. NEVE-19

The key strength of this product is that the sensor itself was developed and manufactured in-house and even obtained public certification.

What path does data travel?

The data flow is in four stages.

Sensor measurement → Self-developed wireless communication module (LTE Cat.1) → LTE base station → Server collection, storage, analysis → PC, mobile, and electronic display display

communication module is also a self-developed product and uses the LTE Cat.1 method. Data collected on the server is displayed simultaneously through three channels: PC web, mobile app, and on-site electronic signboard. How will the

electronic display lineup be composed?

The electronic signboard is divided into four types depending on the installation environment.

  1. Sign type
  2. Enclosure type
  3. Pole type
  4. Mobile

Measurement values and risk levels are displayed in real time on site and are designed so that workers can immediately recognize them on site.

Monitoring app SENSO-LINK, what features does it provide?

monitoring software supports both PC web and Android apps under the names SENSO-LINK .

key features include:

  1. Map-based real-time monitoring
  2. Automatic notification
  3. Save data to Excel

You can see the figures for each site location at a glance on the map-based screen, and the data can be saved as an Excel file.

What kind of field is this system used for?

Ace Development Co., Ltd. is an IoT specialized company in the construction, environment, and weather fields. In addition to environmental monitoring, it also operates smart safety and weather businesses. Since we supply sensors with performance certification and type approval from the Ministry of Environment, we can apply them to sites that require certification requirements.
