Established by the Chamber of Commerce in 2018
In October 2018, the Web Support Center was established by the Chamber of Commerce to support corporate websites.
A consortium of 14 specialized companies was formed — 3 web design agencies, 3 web programming firms, 3 photography studios, 2 certification companies, and 3 internet advertising firms — eliminating inflated costs and focusing on maintenance and management support.

2019-2020: COVID-19 Pandemic
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, budgets from the Chamber of Commerce and local governments were depleted. Although WSC supported over 1,000 companies in 18 months, the consortium was reduced from 14 to 7 companies.

2021-2024: Rebirth as a Private Consortium
WSC continued its support through voluntary participation and funding from consortium companies, now operating as a fully private enterprise support organization centered around the Ulsan Chamber of Commerce and Bucheon Technopark Development Council.

Website development support, maintenance and management. WSC is the only organization that directly builds and supports websites.

Coaching and consulting on copyright violations and low-cost website development issues.

Established in 2018, WSC has supported over 3,000 websites for organizations including the Korea Academy Association, Venture Business Association, and Bucheon Technopark, providing up to 600 projects annually.
