Free after-service is provided for 1 year from the initial completion date.
After 1 year, maintenance fees apply, and the contract is automatically renewed annually based on the server setup date.
Maintenance fees and conditions will be notified 1 month prior to renewal.
01. Server & Hosting Management
Servers are configured using either CAFE24 or Gabia, Korea's largest server and web hosting companies.
If you have a preferred server company, we can arrange it through consultation.
The first year of web hosting includes a basic 1GB capacity. Server company selection is based on traffic differences during advertising, and only servers from large listed companies are used.
Free support is provided for 1 year after production. Hosting costs for subsequent maintenance contracts are determined based on current web hosting specifications.
02. Modification Request Management
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the Center's 'Member Company Modification Support'.
The Center processes or responds within 24 hours of receipt, unless there are special circumstances.
Special circumstances refer to cases where additional work time, difficulty, or costs arise, which are handled through mutual consultation.
If all provided pages for the support type have been used, no further production is possible and the customer must choose one of the following:
1. Upgrade the support type
2. Pay additional per-page production costs
Additional per-page production costs range from 30,000 to 50,000 KRW, with the final amount determined by the Center based on difficulty.
If not all pages are used during production, remaining pages can be requested free of charge at any time. If all existing pages are deleted and new content is created, this is considered new page production and will consume pages or incur additional costs.
03. Domain Management & SSL Certificate Installation
You must acquire the domain yourself. (Detailed acquisition instructions)
We search domain renewal dates, pay for renewals on your behalf, secure necessary domains, and set up webmail using your domain.
SSL Certificate is mandatory from 2026. SSL certificate costs are as follows:
1. When using CAFE24 hosting and acquiring domain from CAFE24, only a setup fee of 11,000 KRW applies with no annual additional costs.
(Korean character domains are excluded.)
2. If the domain is acquired from a provider other than CAFE24,
for CAFE24 hosting: initial setup fee of 60,000 KRW + 38,500 KRW annually.
For Gabia or other hosting, annual costs may exceed 38,500 KRW.
Without SSL certificate installation,
the site will not open via HTTPS and may be excluded or demoted in Naver search results.

04. Contract Termination & Data Provision
If a customer engages in excessive behavior or makes unreasonable demands toward the Center or its staff, the Center may suspend maintenance and terminate the contract. (Remaining period will be calculated for management fee settlement)
In this case, the Center will back up and provide the customer's website data before terminating the contract.
Excessive behavior and demands include the following:
▲ Verbal abuse, disparagement, or profanity toward staff
▲ Repeated reversal of the same requests
▲ Demanding complete rework of deliverables
▲ Excessive demands beyond the contract scope
▲ Unreasonable requests or refusals without understanding support specifications
▲ Any case where the Center determines the contract cannot be maintained
