❺ Delay in production start and automatic cancellation
If the customer has fully paid the self-payment but has not provided any materials or expressed intention to start production for 1 year after application, the application will be automatically cancelled.
In this case, the paid self-payment is non-refundable for any reason.
However, if production resumes after 1 year by mutual agreement, additional costs may apply according to the center's updated pricing policy.

Maintenance requests are submitted through the center's 'Member Company Modification Support'.
The center processes or responds within 24 hours after receipt, unless there are special issues.
Special issues refer to cases where work time, difficulty, or additional costs arise, which will be handled after mutual consultation.
Termination of maintenance and data provision
If the customer engages in excessive behavior or makes unreasonable demands toward the center or workers, the center may suspend maintenance and terminate the contract.
(Remaining period calculated for management fee settlement)
In this case, the center will back up and provide the customer's website data before terminating the contract.
Excessive behavior and demands include the following:
- Verbal abuse, disparagement, or rude language toward workers
- Repeated reversal of the same requests
- Demands for complete rework of deliverables
- Excessive demands beyond the scope of the contract
- Unreasonable requests or refusals without understanding support specifications
- All cases where the center determines that maintaining the contract is impossible
